Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to regulate breeding of farm animals in order to improve their genetics and performance ability, to retain gene polls, to increase economic efficiency of livestock breeding and to obtain quality products. 13 sections are divide into 5 Chapters: General provisions (1); Animal breeding service (2); Performance testing, breeding value and herd-books, stud-books and flock books (3); Marketing of breeding material(4); Final provisions (5).
