Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 30 April 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. In particular, the Regulations establish the 2009 Farm and Ranch Water Infrastructure Programme. The purpose of the programme is to provide payments to eligible applicants who dedicate those programme payments to the development of a secure water supply. The text consists of 16 sections.
