Abstract The purpose of the present Act is to provide for the acquisition of land required for the rehabilitation of drought and soil drifting areas. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may, by surveyors, engineers, foremen, agents, workmen and servants, enter upon and take possession of any land, in whomsoever vested, that may be required for or in connection with any project.
