Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 54 of the Expropriation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to costs involved in expropriation proceedings. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Application (2); Tariff of costs (3); Scale of costs (4); Expenses and disbursements (5). Two Schedules are enclosed.
