Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Expropriation Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to expropriation procedures by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board which adopted the present Regulations as its Rules of Practice and Procedure under the Utility and Review Board Act. The text consists of 34 sections.
