Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 27(1) of the Expropriation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to expropriation proceedings carried out by the Expropriation Compensation Board. The text consists of 3 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Ongoing jurisdiction of the board (2); Transitional proceedings before the board (3).
