These Rules enter into force on 1 October 1964.
Abstract

These Rules provide for terms of office, functions, proceedings, etc. of the Export Inspection Council. Procedures and methods for quality control and inspection, and for amendments, suspension or revocation of the certificates are provided in the Rules. Agencies for quality control or inspection shall be recognized by the Central Government.
