The majority of these rules apply to specified agricultural produce, i.e. vegetables specified in Schedule 1 to this Order. The Minister for Planning and Environment may, for purposes of marketing, prohibit the harvesting or exportation of a specified agricultural produce. General rules concern, among other things, the licensing of packers, packaging, examination of produce to be exported and examination of crops and data collection. Rules applying only to specified produce concern quality and grading and packaging and presentation.
