Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Health of Animals Act (S.C. 1990, c. 21). Section 2 establishes that all animals are exempt from the application of section 19 of the Health of Animals Act except for horses, swine, foxes, mink, members of the suborder rumenatiae and members of the family camelidae. The text consists of 2 sections.
