Part II contains general provisions as to exportation of fish. Article 3 prohibits export of fish that has not been prepared or processed in an export establishment or if the conditions, the restrictions specified in the second column of Schedule 2 in relation to the name or description of the fish have not been complied with, or the exporter has not obtained an export permit in accordance with this Regulation in respect of the fish. The Managing Director may appoint a person to be a grader for an export establishment. A grader must ensure that fish is graded, prepared or processed and packed in the export establishment in accordance with this Regulation. Full text English Website www.paclii.org
