Abstract

This Act, consisting of 55 sections divided into six Parts and completed by five Schedules, provides for the exhibition of animals at marine or zoological parks, circuses and other places. It constitutes the Exhibited Animals Advisory Committee, sets the rules for the licensing of animal display establishments, for the approvals and permits for the exhibition of animals and sets specific provisions relating to the exhibition of dolphins and whales.
