Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that the industrial improvements in plants or classes of plants described in column 1 of the Table enclosed that have less than the capacities set out in column 2 are exempt from the definition of "industrial improvements" in section 20 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 1 section and 1 Table.
