This task rely on the partnership of the private sector, particularly productive companies, service providers and commercial banks, strong youth, and an indispensable contribution of the whole society. The present plan is aimed at young people, especially young women, students, demobilized soldiers, those living on the street (street vendors, goods carriers, car washers, sex workers), people with disabilities and rural youth. One of the objectives aims to promote opportunities for developing young entrepreneurs, through credits and micro-credits, in order to increase jobs and youth self-employment. The executive plan is a multisectoral plan and its coordination is under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which for this purpose must establish partnership protocols with other Government bodies.
