Members of the Commission are representatives from different Ministries and governmental agencies. The Commission oversees quality of fertilisers and avoidance of hazardous effects, issuance of license and labelling requirements. The Regulation refers to efforts that different organisations should take in order to produce techno-based fertilisers. The instruction of the Department of Environment for avoidance of environmental pollution should be considered in the process of production. The Regulation nominates requirements for importing fertilisers and packaging standards and transport equipments.
