Abstract This Decree consisting of 24 articles aims at regulating Law 93 of 1962. It sets details for treated effluent standards and sludge standards for reuse in agriculture. Agencies and the project beneficiaries should comply with the Law during the execution of the project. Safe sludge application as soil fertilizer should be monitored and properly admitted only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Decree.
