Abstract

This executive order proclaims an emergency due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). It directs the Arkansas Department of Health to act as the lead agency to work in concert with the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management and other State agencies to utilize state resources and to do everything reasonably possible to respond to and recover from the COVID-19 virus.
