Abstract

This Orders reinstates the Liberia Rural and Renewable Energy Agency and the Rural Energy Fund established by Executive Order 23 of 2010, and makes statements regarding a the National Energy Policy and a long-term energy strategy that contributes to meeting its responsibilities under United Nation Framework Convention for Climate Change (UNFCCC) and its Protocols.
