Abstract This Executive Order concerns the execution of certain regulations of the law on land use management and expropriation of real estate in Poland. The Order consists of 7 Chapters; General provisions (1); Sale or release for perpetual usufruct of real estate owned by the state treasury or by a gmina (township)(2); Administration of the real estate owned by the state treasury or by a gmina (3); Determining the fees for perpetual usufruct and administration of real estate (4); Guidelines and procedure for determining additional fees for the failure to Build up or utilize land within specified periods of time (5); Responsibilities of state organizational units or gminas concerning the administration of housing (6); Interim and final provisions (7).
