According to this Regulation export and import of wastes to a non member state is prohibited. For import and export of the materials subject to this Regulation, registration is required. Transfer of license for export and import of wastes to third party is prohibited and any transfer of the wastes should be based on the national regulated standards. Temporary import of the waste is recognised under specific conditions. Infected wastes are subject to specific regulations and export of wastes is subject to the consent of the country of destination. The wastes are subject to examination by the nominated laboratory and the Regulation provides for the accident conditions and insurance. This Regulation consists of 27 Articles.
