Abstract

This Executive Order concerns the control of air pollution in Poland. Permissible concentrations of air pollutants are determined separately for specially protected areas and for remaining areas. Specially protected areas comprise of spa areas, spa protection areas, national parks, nature preserves, and landscape parks. The permissible concentrations of air pollutants specified in Supplement No. 1 do not apply to areas occupied by organizational units engaging in economic activities causing air
