Abstract This Order is ratified by considering that climate change is impacting adversely on the world and will have catastrophic effects if immediate and sufficient action to curb industrial emissions and forest loss is not taken. The Order is ratified with the purpose of improving the mind-set from the present traditional paradigms to economics to the new mindset of conservation, protection and restoration. The Order consists of 22 Sections and cover issues of reorganisation, task group on solid waste management, protected areas, task group on watershed protection, clean water and rain water conservation, water recycling, atmospheric activities, fossil fuels, task group on fisheries and agriculture, education, foreign affairs, renewable energy, task group on Conservation, Protection and Restoration (CPR)economy and outdoor and rooftop structures.
