Abstract This Order is executed pursuant to policies of the government regarding climate change in light of UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Kyoto Protocol and creation of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and the Marrakesh Accord. The Order designate the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as the National Authority for Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). The Order consists of 5 Sections as follow: Powers and Functions (1); Creation of Technical Evaluation Committees (2); Promulgation of Rules and Regulations (3); Repealing Clause (4); Effectivity (5).
