This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree, consisting of 3 articles and several geographical maps, establishes a division of Land Areas within the Congo Basin in ten blocks (from 1 to 10) for petroleum exploitation, called "Blocks CON". Geographical maps specify localization, extension and coordinates of the above mentioned 10 blocks for oil exploitation.
