This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation for the acquisition mechanisms of agricultural, livestock, fisheries and apiculture products by private agents. This Regulation, consisting of 7 Chapters, establishes the procedures for the implementation of Acquisition Programme of agricultural and livestock products (PAPAGRO), organized in associations and cooperatives, in collaboration for fighting against hunger and poverty and the achievement of improvements in the living conditions of the population. It applies to all National territory and regulates the duties and the requirements of stakeholders, the acquisition and use of the products, the purchase limit, donations, purchased products and pay sites, fiscal responsibility, implementation and financing, coordination and management. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the direct purchase operations.
