Abstract This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Directive Council of Mineral Resources and Petroleum. This Regulation, consisting of three Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, which is the periodic consultation body of the related Ministerial Department.
