This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree approves the Operating Regulation of the Board of Directors of the National Waste Agency. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Board, whose attributions are those established in article 10 of Presidential Decree No. 181/14 of 28 July, creating and approving the Statute of the National Waste Agency. In particular, they are: a) Representing the National Waste Agency, through its President and defining its lines of action, under the supervision of the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Environment; b) Undertaking the systematic monitoring of the administrative activity of the National Waste Agency, taking the measures required by the circumstances; c) Implementing the programmes of the National Waste Agency, in accordance with its attributions; d) Giving its opinion on the studies and proposals for legal documents; e) Carrying out other management acts resulting from the application of the statute and necessary for the proper functioning of the services.
