Abstract This Executive Decree approves the Legal Regime for the Import and Marketing of Oils and Lubricants. This Regime, consisting of 16 articles, divided into two Chapters, establishes the guiding principles for the import and commercialization activities of related products within the Republic of Angola. In particular, this Regime adapts the regulation of lubricant import activity in Angola to the current socio-economic reality, applicable to importers and traders of oils and lubricants, by regulating the following matters: documentation, requirements, quality and import control, authorization, production, cancellation and license terms, information, offences and penalties, inspection, etc. Full text Portuguese Website www.legis-palop.org
