This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree, consisting of 3 articles, establishes the logging prohibition throughout the national territory of the Mussivi tree species for a period of two years, with the purpose of consolidating the evaluation of this species through the forest inventory. The companies holding this tree species, in concentration parks, must proceed their total evacuation and commercialization within 3 months.
