Abstract This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulation of the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Fisheries. This Regulation, consisting of 16 articles, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, as a periodic acting organ, responsible for analysing and assisting the Minister of Fisheries activities in defining annual and multi-annual plans and programmes of fisheries sector. In addition, it is responsible for evaluating their results in accordance with the provisions of governmental programme.
