This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation on operational discharge management. This Regulation, consisting of 7 Chapters, specifies the requirements and procedures to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned waste disposal and discharge, regulating liquid and solid wastes. It defines fines and sanctions to be applied for illegal activities, according to Decree No. 39/00.
