This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree, consisting of 21 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes the rules for the entry, stay and departure of fishing observers on industrial and semi-industrial fishing vessels certified or licensed for fishing activities in waters under Angolan jurisdiction.
