This Contract, consisting of 9 Chapters, divided into 79 clauses and 6 Annexes, creating an Association between the Parts, in order to perform mining rights, such as: prospection, research and recognition of secondary deposit diamonds. This concession has been released to ENDIAMA, within the area of 3.000 km. in Capunda Region, Municípalities of: Luquembo and Nahera, Provinces of Malanje and Bié, according to the maps attached in Annex A. The rights of participation for the members of the Association are the following: a) ENDIAMA 32%, b) KCC 10%, c) YANGO 10%, d) AM & BC 48%.
