This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree, approves the Statute of the Women's Professional Training Centre. This Statute establishes the general rules for the organization and operation of the Women's Professional Training Centre, as an indirect executive service of the National Institution of Employment and Professional Training, dedicated to carrying out professional training activities. This Centre is subject to the direction, administrative organization, supervision, methodological and technical guidance of the National Institution of Employment and Professional Training. The Women's Professional Training Centre has the following responsibilities: a) Carry out professional training activities, in accordance with the requirements of the National Professional Training System (SNFP); b) Promote the appreciation of trainees, providing them with technical knowledge, in order to allow them to quickly enter the job market; c) Collaborate in identifying local needs for training and professional rehabilitation actions; d) Promote adjustment between demand, supply and professional training; e) Provide job search support services; f) Collaborate, with other public and private services, in collecting information on the employment and professional training market; g) Intermediate labour with the aim of placing the unemployed in the job market, through vacancies obtained from employers; h) Collaborate in the implementation of measures included in active employment policies; i) Facilitate professional guidance based on job market offers; j) Promote equal opportunities in employment and professional training, etc.
