Abstract

This Decree establishes a 5-year duration contract for diamonds secondary deposit exploitation between ENDIAMA-E.P., Muazaza Chiumbe Lda, Icanoras S.A. and Levon Trading International Ltd, so called Project CARIANGO. This Contract, consisting of 9 Chapters, divided into 79 clauses and 6 Annexes, creates an Association between the Parts in order to perform mining rights, such as: prospection, research and recognition of secondary deposit diamonds. This concession has been released to ENDIAMA, within the area of 3.000 Km2. in Cariango Region, Municípality of: Quibala, Province of Kwanza-Sul, according to the maps attached in Annex A. The rights of participation for the members of the Association are the following: a) ENDIAMA 40%, b) MUAZAZA 4%, c) ICANORAS 6%, d) LEVON 50%.
