This Executive Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Petroleum. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Secretariat, entitled to deal with the registration, monitoring and treatment of administrative, financial and logistical issues, common to all other departments of the Ministry of Petroleum, in particular to matters related to budget, public relations, documentation and information.
