Abstract This Decree is composed of four Chapters divided in 24 articles and one Annex. It provides standards and requirements on fishing nets used by commercial fishing vessels. Moreover, the Decree provides sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions set therein. The Annexes provide models of the nets regulated in the Decree.
