Abstract This Executive Decree creates the Social Fund for Employees and Workers in the Transport Sector (FSTT) and approves the respective Regulation. This Regulation establishes the rules and procedures relating to the functioning of the Social Fund for Officials and Workers in the Transport Sector (FSTT). The provisions of this Regulation apply to employees, administrative agents, contracted personnel and workers effectively linked to the Central Body, Superintended and Tutored Bodies of the Ministry of Transport. This Regulation is equally applicable to everyone who performs work in the Central Body, Superintended or Guardian Bodies of the Ministry of Transport. This Regulation provides for the possibility of employees, administrative agents, contracted personnel and retired workers of the Central Body, Superintended or Tutored Bodies of the Ministry of Transport, to be covered with specific benefits that may be created within the scope of the FSTT. The FSTT has a variable and unlimited constitution, supported by the value of the revenue allocated to it, arising from activities carried out within the scope of the responsibilities of the Ministry of Transport and its Superintended and Protected Bodies.
