This Executive Chief Decision enters into force 90 days after its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Chief Decision, consisting of 3 articles and 1 Annex, approves the list of harmful organisms destined to plant quarantine within the Special Administrative Region of Macao (in Annex). It establishes that imports, exports and transit of plant products that contain harmful organisms are prohibited throughout the Macao Special Administrative Region. These organisms (including pests, bacteria, nematodes and weeds) are specified in the annexed plant list subject to quarantine measures.
