Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Executive Agencies Act are concerned with the performance of executive agencies and set out operating principles and require the Chief Executive Officer of each Executive Agency shall take such measures to ensure compliance of the Framework Document of the respective Agency with the provisions set out in the Schedule to the Act. The Chief Executive Officer shall also set key performance indicators and implement other measures for monitoring performance of the agency concerned. A strategic review of the operations of each Executive Agency shall be carried out every five years by such person or persons as are appointed by the responsible Minister.
