They consists of 45 sections: Administration (sects. 3-5); Licensing of foreign fishing craft (sects. 6-17); Control of licensed craft in the exclusive economic zone (sects. 18-36); Enforcement (sects. 37-41); Miscellaneous provisions (sects. 42-45) and one Schedule providing three types of forms: application for licence, licence to fish in the exclusive economic zone and bond to secure surrender of craft for forfeiture.
