Abstract

These Regulations give effect to Regulation (EU) 2019/6 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 (VMP Regulation), and the European Commission implementing and delegated acts referred to in the following regulations adopted thereunder on veterinary medicinal products (Part 4), and Regulation (EU) 2019/4 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on the manufacture, placing on the market and use of medicated feed by providing for offences and penalties for contravention of such and enforcement measures (Part 3)
