Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Union (Provision of Food Information to Consumers) Regulations 2014 so as to give effect to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014 on the requirements for the provision of information to consumers on the absence or reduced presence of gluten in food. Offences in relation with information on gluten to customers are defined by these Regulations.
