In particular, changes are made to regulation 57 with respect to compliance notices. A compliance notice (requiring a specified action) may require the owner, occupier, operator or person in charge of any premises, an animal, product, equipment, machinery, vehicle, vessel or other thing to which the Commission Regulation, the Commission Import Regulation, the Council Regulation or these Regulations relate, to choose between two or more of the requirements to comply specified in the notice.
