Abstract

These Regulations amend the Principal Regulation (European Union (Food Intended for Infants and Young Children, Food for Special Medical Purposes, and Total Diet Replacement for Weight Control) Regulations 2019) in several sections. Regulation 14 and 18 are amended substituting the paragraphs; updates are related to the information that a food business operator who places on the market a food for special medical purpose has to provide to the public and to the Authority.
