An authorised officer may exercise the powers conferred by section 38 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013. An authorised officer may, in substitution for the powers mentioned in column (4) of the Schedule, exercise any or all of the powers mentioned in section 38 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013.
