Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies and Animal By-products) Regulations 2008 by, among other things, inserting regulation 10A on the sale in a butcher's shop of beef or beef products containing specified risk material and by making it an offence to remove vertebral column in butchers’ premises without an authorization.
