Fishing by the fishing vessels of other Member States in the exclusive fishery limits of the State shall be a contravention of the statutory prohibition except in the following cases : (a) fishing in so much of the portion of the exclusive fishery limits of the State specified in Part I of the Schedule to these Regulations as lies outside a line every point of which is at a distance of six nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline; (b) fishing, not being fishing for crustaceans or molluscs , in so much of the portion of those limits specified in Part II of that Schedule as lies outside a line every point of which is at a distance of six nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline; and (c) specified fishing as defined in regulation 2.
