Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) Regulations 2004 in regulation 2(1) by giving a new definition of ‘Commission Decision’. The Regulations carry into effect in Ireland provisional emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of the disease Sudden Oak Death.
