Abstract

These Regulations revise emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. as regards potatoes from Egypt. Measures include prohibition of introduction a harmful organism into Ireland; restriction on the introduction of tubers; and inspection and enforcement by authorised officers.
