Abstract

These Regulations amend existing regulations by adding maximum pesticide residue levels for isoxaflutole, trifloxystrobin, carfentrazone-ethyl, mecoprop, mecoprop-p and fenamidone in Annex III of Directive 2005/37/EC to those in Annex II of Directive 90/642/EEC and by replacing the maximum pesticide residue levels for propyzamide and maleic hydrazide in Annex II of Directive 90/642/EEC with those in Annex IV of Directive 2005/37/EC.
